Eichbaum in Emmendingen

I can unreservedly recommend the Eichbaum. The food is sensationally good. Whether rump steak or liver liver. Every time I am thrilled how traditionally they still cook here. The prices are extremely humane. The staff is very friendly. :-)

Good home-style food. If you want to eat delicious 😋, you have to go to the oak tree. Family-run hotel and guest house. Here the boss still cooks himself. A rustic restaurant with an adjoining room for celebrations. There is also a small beer garden and a terrace.

We spent a nice evening in the Bierhäusle. Great snails, schnitzel, chanterelles, etc. ate. Very nice, friendly and brisk service What more could you want. This evening will be repeated soon.

Here you get classic, German cuisine. In my opinion, the dishes are ok, some are good, but they still have plenty of room for improvement. Especially the salad dressings don't suit my taste. My favorite for this is the country inn Etzenbach near Staufen. The bread with the steak tastes like the cut from the bag from the supermarket. Here I would look forward to a wood-fired bread. The service is brisk and very friendly. The kitchen also works very quickly. All in all, there are no major flaws here and you will definitely be served a tasty meal.
